Training Resources for BOSS Users

BOSS New User Training

Training sessions are conducted virtually and are typically held the second full week of each month. We offer four individual classes covering the following key areas:

Sales and Account Management
Production and Operations
Purchasing
Billing

Class Schedule:

Sales and Account Management: Tuesdays from 8:30am -12:30pm CT

Production and Operations: Wednesdays from 8:30am – 3:30pm CT

Purchasing: Thursdays from 8:30am – 11:30am CT

Billing: Thursdays from 12:30pm – 2:30pm CT

Tuition:

$200 per person per class. Clients in the Implementation phase have 12 training tokens available to use.

Once you’re registered, any updates to the training schedule will be clearly communicated to all attendees.
Please note that space is limited—each customer may register up to two participants per class. Registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a waitlist option for additional interest.

Because of the advanced nature of this training, we highly suggest that you have been live on the system for at least 6 months. You must have completed New User Training sessions, as well as completed BOSS Basics training videos.

Note: Once you are registered for training, any changes to the schedule will be clearly communicated to the training attendees. Space is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Snow Training

Snow Training are virtual one-day training sessions from 8:30-4:30 CT. All instruction and exercises will be performed in our BOSS U training site. Only register for one date for each session. Class is limited to one student per client.

Catalog & Job Setup

Dates: Returning July – August 2025

The first session in the BOSS Snow training series focuses on best practices for setting up your Snow Services in the Catalog for Bidding, including how to set a price per bag/ton, etc.., and determining the correct bill type (Seasonal, per inch/per push/per event, T&M). Information in these sessions is geared towards those responsible for the Service Catalog and snow sales, though anyone in your organization is welcome to attend.

Settings & Event Management

Dates: Returning October – November 2025

The second session in the BOSS Snow training series continues where Catalog and Job Setup training ended. Participants will learn how to configure snow settings and manage a snow event in BOSS. Information in these sessions is geared towards Snow Supervisors and Managers, though anyone in your organization is welcome to attend.
